Um den statischen Erddruck und somit die Verformungen der Stützwände im Bereich der unteren Terrasse zu reduzieren, wurden Betonpfeiler im HDI-Verfahren hergestellt. Diese Arbeiten wurden mit Erschütterungsmessungen begleitet, so dass Schäden an der Walhalla vermieden werden konnten.

Für die neue Präsenz der Bertelsmann AG in Berlin-Mitte entstand „Unter den Linden 1“ nach einem Entwurf des Architekturbüros van den Valentyn die originalgetreue Rekonstruktion der Alten Kommandantur. Bereits bei der Planung wurde die unter dem Bauwerk geplante Trasse der U-Bahn-Linie U5 berücksichtigt. Wir erstellten die komplette Schalplanung und Bewehrungsplanung.
